Free Webinar: Learn strategies to support and engage staff emerging from lockdown and restrictions
Join us at 2pm UK time
As lockdown or restrictions lifts in different shapes and forms across the globe, we find ourselves thrust into new kinds of uncertainty. Some of us are reevaluating office spaces as staff prefer remote working, some are continuing to delay the reopening of offices or part opening, and others are getting ready to go back in the coming month. As we hold this webinar, we recognise it looks different for each organisation however the consistent principles we believe in how to approach this - is with compassion. We believe the more compassion that managers can show their people as we emerge from lockdown, the more we can lay a good foundation for togetherness and meaningful productivity.
This free webinar is led by Ann Muraya (Leadership Consultant), Dr Simon Clift (Occupational Health Physician), and Ben Porter (Psychotherapist), . The webinar presents principles for emerging with a positive team culture, creating a physically safe environment including infection control, and considerations for psychosocial support. It is aimed at managers and HR professionals supporting staff returning to the workplace. There will be time for questions and sharing good practice.
We will look at:
Creating a positive workplace culture & keeping staff engaged as we emerge
Occupational Health and physical space considerations for returning to workplace
Psychosocial considerations for emerging from lockdown / restrictions
