Safeguarding Advisors, Investigation teams & HR

This is a one day introductory overview to Safeguarding. This training will aim to equip participants with essential information on safeguarding, reporting mechanisms and how to have supportive disclosure conversations. This training will also cover the importance of confidentiality, boundaries and self-care.

It is important to recognise that this is only a one day training and therefore the scope is limited. Thrive would recommend an ongoing training programme to equip Safeguarding Officers.
